No. A bank credit is SWIFT and follows bank days. ID Remit credits their Starryblu balance within 1 second. If they must pay a hospital from a bank, that path is still the wire.
They are not registered and the clinic is waiting. Can they still receive?
Yes. They generate a receive link in the official app. You pay that link. Skip any link that did not come from Starryblu.
I hold a different currency than they need. Can I still send now?
